The Flash (2023) Movie Review

Hey guys, just watched The Flash (2023) movie with my lovely wife and let me tell you, it was a wild ride!  Now, I know some of you may be worried about spoilers, but don't fret, I'll keep it vague. 😉

First off, let's talk about Michael Keaton's return as Batman. It was amazing to see him back in action! And while the movie wasn't perfect, it was still super entertaining. We laughed, we got teary-eyed, we had a blast.

I was hoping for a cameo from Grant Gustin's Flash, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. However, Ezra Miller's portrayal of Barry Allen was spot on! He really nailed the character and fit in perfectly with the rest of the cast. Ezra Miller's Flash fits better in this movie than Grant's Flash.

Now, let's talk about Supergirl. Sasha Calle's Supergirl is a total game-changer! I mean, sure, the characters are swapped around a bit (TV Flash - movie Flash / TV Supergirl - movie Supergirl), but that just adds to the fun, right? And let me tell you, Sasha's portrayal of Supergirl is absolutely a major kickass. She's strong, confident, and totally badass.

Now, I know some of you may be comparing Ezra's Flash to Grant Gustin's, but honestly, they're both great actors in their own right. And let's be real, the graphics in this movie weren't quite up to par with Avengers, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. So don't blame Ezra Miller if the movie didn't get much appreciation.

Overall, I'd say give this movie a chance. It may not be the most comic-accurate adaptation out there, but it's still a fun and exciting watch.

In the movie, seeing Barry struggle with the loss of his mother since childhood is tough. Life can be tough sometimes, right? But we don't have to go through it alone. Whenever I'm feeling anxious or uncertain about the future, I always turn to God first - just like the song "Seek ye first the kingdom of God". There's a verse in Jeremiah 33:3 that says "Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know." How amazing is that? We have someone to turn to who knows everything and holds our future in His hands. So take a deep breath, say a prayer, and trust in God.

But you know what else helps me relieve stress? Watching movies! It's a great way to escape reality for a little while and just enjoy some quality time with loved ones. My wife and I haven't watched a movie together in ages, so I suggested we watch one last night. I'm really excited to see Ezra Miller and Michael Keaton in action!

Oh have I mentioned Michael Keaton's Batman is still awesome. I mean, come on, who doesn't love that guy? He's still kicking ass even after all these years. Thanks again for reading.
